New Extensions for Firefox and Chrome....

    Post  Joencalif2 on Tue Oct 25, 2016 12:17 pm

There is a new extension added for Firefox called Behavioral Keyboard Privacy. What that does is keep certain sites (that monitor your keyboard strokes) from tracking you by how you type. It's sounds silly, but it's true....there are sites that use this method by building a profile on you just by how you hit the keys on your keyboard. Just another way to spy on you..... In Chrome the app is call Keyboard Privacy.....

I never thought of it, but I don't doubt it.

I know if I'm looking at a site and I move the cursor to the upper left (even by accident) a popup often shows up telling me I should subscribe to something, asking if I really want to leave, whatever.
