Not so sure that is fraud - the registration number appears to be the same on all of them and the upper left & lower right appear the same except for adding a school district number on one - possibly for school election or taxes, and the other two could simply be change of address cards to indicate the correct voting precinct location for their new address.

They all have the same registration date: 6/8/2007

She has 3 different residential addresses.

There are 3 different voting places. 2 of the 4 look like the same place, though one says "elementary" and the other says "middle" for the school. Those 2 also have the same registration number. How could all of that happen if they were registered on the same date?

The wards and precincts don't match on any of them except those 2 with other similarities.

The district information is markedly different between them, though 2 are very close (the same ones with 2 different names for polling places).

I've blown it up so it's easier to see. (Sorry, the board shows it at 500 pixels. But click the enlarge thing and it goes to 800).

    Looks pretty fishy to me.

I've lived in the exact same residence for the last 46 years but the county  911 addressing system has changed my address 2 times because they issued the first address in error and the post office changed my address 2 other times when they changed their routes and box numbers. In addition state and county have been subjected to redistricting changes thus changing district numbers. At least one time that I remember even districts were split. Some of these changes also resulted in changes in voting locations and one school location had a name change when the middle school students were transferred to a high school. Each time these changes resulted in new voter ID cards isssued; however, my card still has the same voter registration number and registration date as the one originally issued to me by this county 46 years ago.

I get a new one every year. As long as my license is the same one and the address doesn't change, it has the same number. When I renew my license I get reregistered and the registration number changes. I haven't had my address change while living at the same address, but whenever I moved, my registration date changed even though both my current one and the last one are the same polling place. Maybe that happened because I also renewed my license not long after, I don't know.
