    Just an ordinary day

Another day, another illegal alien sex crime. Who cares? What's on TV?

    A wall is racist!

Raleigh girl, 13, was abducted, sexually assaulted, police say

A Wake County man in the country illegally kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 13-year-old Raleigh girl, according to police.

This happened around 9:30 p.m. on January 25 in the Schenley Square mobile home park in Southeast Raleigh when the girl was walking near her home.

Raleigh police said 52-year-old Seledonio Martinez-Gonzalez threatened the girl with violence to force her to get in his car.

They say he then drove 30 miles to his mobile home near the Willow Spring community in southern Wake County.

In addition to kidnapping, he is accused of sexually assaulting the girl, and keeping her in sexual servitude even though she was only with him a for few hours.

"It's just crazy. It's scary to know that that happened here," one of the suspect's neighbors told ABC11.

The woman said the crime hit close to home because she has a daughter around the girl's same age.

"She's always outside. She wants to ride her bike," she said of her daughter. "He could have taken her. That could have been her. So it's just real scary."

The woman relayed a story she said was told to her about a neighbor who found the girl on her front porch in the very early hours of January 26.

"She ran away from his mobile home, ended up at a neighbor's and he followed her and he was telling her, 'Get in the car. Get in the car.' But that the lady called the police and that's when they came and took her."

She said the neighbor didn't initially let the girl inside her home because she thought she might have been set up.

Police soon arrived and rescued the girl.

According to court documents, Martinez-Gonzalez is a native of El Salvador, in the U.S. illegally, and that a deportation order had already been issued.

That's OK. there was a deportation order out for him. So he can roam around free until they get around to it.

    On the other hand.....

Court ends bail for illegal aliens

The headline in the Washington Times was close but no cigar: "Illegal immigrants have no automatic right to freedom, Supreme Court rules."

Oh they have a right to freedom.

    Just not here.

They are free to go home in the paradises they left behind. (None dare call them s***holes.)

President Trump is helping them get home.

"Immigrants being held for deportation don’t have an automatic right under the law to post bond and be set free, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a decision that could give the Trump administration more freedom to pursue stiff detention policies for illegal immigrants who show up at the border claiming asylum," Stephen Dinan of the Times wrote.

"In the 5-3 ruling, the justices also took a dim view of the kinds of class-action lawsuits on behalf of immigrants that have become a key tool for anti-Trump immigrant rights activists, leaving the activists worried about the fates of other cases winding their way through the lower courts challenging President Trump on issues such as illegal immigrant Dreamers and Iraqi deportees."

The courts have decided to start saying No to the little Marxists in the land.

    It is a sweet sound.

Had we elected Hillary -- well...

"The ruling was also a rebuke by the high court to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which had its decision overturned. Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. chided the 9th Circuit for ignoring the text of immigration laws and creating a legal standard for bail hearings 'out of thin air' by requiring that immigrants be given periodic bail hearings," Dinan wrote.

He quoted Alito, "Spotting a constitutional issue does not give a court the authority to rewrite a statute as it pleases."

Now that is the hope. That is the change. That is fundamentally transforming America back into the constitutional republic the Founding Fathers set up for us.

By the way, Justice Neil Gorsuch voted with the majority.

"The biggest effect of Tuesday’s ruling could be on the surge of migrants who have shown up on the border in the past few years demanding asylum. Their numbers have swelled as smugglers have taught illegal immigrants to use magic words claiming fear of being sent back home to get on the asylum track," Dinan wrote.

"The Trump administration has argued that it should be allowed to hold them while their cases proceed — hoping that it will tamp down on bogus claims. Analysts said the Tuesday ruling appears to give the administration broad detention powers in those cases."

Elections have consequences. You can either get things done or be polite. Before Obama, we were polite. Now? Lock them out.

Too bad a certain 13-year-old girl in Raleigh didn't get to benefit from that ruling.
