How to uninstall Windows 10's built-in apps

Post  manson on Sat Apr 01, 2017 4:15 am

Although this cannot get rid of Cortana  Evil or Very Mad it removed all the rest of my pre-installed Windows 10 bloatware/apps that shipped with my PC that I didn't want. freeing up space on my HD for MY STUFF.

Is this for a new laptop?   What if your laptop is a couple years old ?

I wouldn't take a  chance on that...you could end up unintentionally uninstalling something you really need. So many things are interconnected that could really mess things up....

JJ. My laptop is 18 months old and it's perfect for that. I've had no problem with anything else not functioning properly after uninstalling various items.
Among other things I uninstalled, Bing Sport, Bing Weather, X Box, 3D builder, Get Skype and Get Started. These are just crap loaded by Windows and it will do no harm to your PC should you wish to remove them.
JUST DON'T UNINSTALL THE C: DRIVE. affraid
